GoodLife.com ships its products to almost all parts of India. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 499 at all locations with an additional charge applicable for certain products at certain locations. These additional charges would be applicable even for orders above Rs. 499.
For orders equal to or above Rs. 499 (after the application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available for certain products at certain locations only. For other locations, additional shipping charges will be applicable for all orders, including orders above Rs. 499. At these locations, in which additional charges are applicable, the Rs. 50 shipping charge will be added to the shipping charges for all orders below Rs. 499. You can check the whether your Pincode qualifies for additional shipping charges or not in the product details page or during checkout.
The shipping charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product pages and the total shipping charge applicable on the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order (+ Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 499). The order level charge will be visible to you in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Brainbees Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Email with the details of the shipment. A link would be provided in the email which would allow you to track the status of that shipment. Additionally, you may also track your order by logging in to the site and clicking on the Track Order link against your order in the My Account section. A link is also provided across the site in the footer which will take you to the track order page. Please note: Your order may be split in to multiple shipments and each shipment detail can be tracked separately on site. Shipment status may take up to 24 hours to be updated after the shipment has been shipped.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
