7 Days – No Questions Asked Free Return Policy

In case the product doesn't fit properly or you have any issues with product quality or sizing, you can simply return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Return is free and easy to do. To initiate a return, please call our Customer Care team at 020-46608123 (From 10 AM to 7 PM India Time) or email us at care@goodlife.com

For certain locations, our courier service will pick up the product from your doorstep. The availability of this process would be confirmed to you by the Customer Care team when you are initiating the return. For other locations, we request you to send the package through a courier service of your choice. Refund of return shipping charges (charges paid by the user for sending the products to us) will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower. This would be added back to the cash refund tab in the My Account section on Goodlife.com

On Successful processing of returned Item(s), we will either replace the product or refund the entire product amount (excluding Shipping/COD charges if any). Please note that the product should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice. 

Goodlife.com does not allow returns on the following: -


  • Used Merchandise
  • Personal Products which includes Diapers, wipes, creams, breast pumps etc.
  • Food Products

To ensure that we can initiate the process of return, you would need to send us the Courier company name and the AWB number through which you have returned the product(s) to us. Please note that no return process would be initiated if these details are missing. These details can be sent to us via email at care@goodlife.com or by calling us on 020-46608123 (From 10 AM to 7 PM India Time)

To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, please ensure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it. The return process would be initiated once we have received the product and have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused and in good condition. 

How the Return Process works

For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us an email at care@goodlife.com   or call us on 020-46608123 (From 10 AM to 7 PM India Time) to initiate the return process. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.

For goods bought on discount, the refund will be added back to your Cash Refund tab in the My Account section on Goodlife. The final value paid by you would be added to the cash refund tab, after all offer discounts. 

For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode selected in the order in which there is a return/cancellation is "Cheque" or "COD", the amount will be deposited in your bank account, details of which need to be provided by you when requesting a refund. Our customer care executive will get in touch with you for the details.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) in our WH (and they are not in damaged condition). Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days.

Try on all the delightful Goodlife products you ordered once they arrive at your doorstep, while the delivery executive waits patiently.
Keep the products that fit and return the rest to the delivery executive.
Refund for the returned products will be initiated within 48 hours.
